All apartments are conveniently attached to the community center with all of its amenities and each has a private porch or balcony. Also being built are spacious new cottage-style homes. The design of the cottage is efficient as well as comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, plenty of closet space, bright all-season sunroom and a choice of one or two baths. Our custom designed cottages offer the choice of a one or two car garage.
