A perfect place to escape. Hideaway Hollow is an 1890’s fully updated farmhouse that offers solitude and privacy in a secret hollow. Seventy-five acres of rolling hills are tucked away in a quiet country setting in peaceful view of Blue Knob Mountain. From the porch, you can watch the sunrise over the ridge or hike the hills behind the house for spectacular views from the ridge-top. The farm is home to fox, deer, turkey, squirrel, pheasant, rabbits and many varieties of birds including humming birds and bluebirds. If dining outdoors is your preference, there are plenty of options. There is a gas grill near the house with outdoor furniture or a fire pit and picnic table on the patio just yards away. Why not sit around a campfire and toast mountain pies after a thrilling day of skiing at Blue Knob Mountain or trout fishing in Bob’s Creek? Blue Knob State Park, just ten minutes away, also offers crystal clear swimming in cool mountain water. Escape is anywhere you want at Hideaway Hollow. It might be found while exploring in the deep woods or maybe even tucked into the woven fibers of the hammock hidden beneath a huge shady maple tree. The farmhouse has four bedrooms. There’s room for 8-10, but singles and couples are also welcome.

• A full refund, minus a $50 non-refundable reservation fee will be given if cancellation is received thirty days before arrival date

• We rent to family groups and adults over the age of 23
