Eligibility

Open to all artists and craftspeople. No imported items, kits or manufactured items..

Jury Procedure

This is a juried show. Each new craft vendor applicant must include four (4) color photos/slides representative of your work. Include one picture of your booth. Photos/slides must be labeled with the name of the craftsperson. New food vendors must include 2 photos of your booth.
Send a legal size SASE (.77 postage) for the return of photos/slides. Acceptance cards will be sent as soon as possible.

Application Procedure

The application/contract sheet can be accessed at the end of this document. You'll need to
  1. Fill out the information completely
  2. Print off a copy of the completed form
  3. Calculate the fee that you'll owe (SEE "FEE" BELOW)
  4. Mail the completed form and your application fee (As soon as possible ... spots fill up quickly.

Fee

For craft booths: $100.00 per two (2) day weekend
For food vendors: $20 per trailer foot LOA per two (2) day weekend.

*** There is a charge of $20 per two day weekend for electric (Only available to food vendors, if you require electricity)

Publicity

Any participant may send two (2) photos and a brief history about the nature of their craft. The information is forwarded to the local media for Festival Publicity purposes.

Booths

All participants must provide and are responsible for their own equipment. Stands, structures, tables and displays are erected in the street and must face street side. Displays must start at the curb and cannot extend beyond 10'X10' into the street. No items are permitted on the sidewalks. Spaces in the public squares (park area) are 10'X10'. Sales from all sides of your booth are permitted.

Vehicles

One (1) vehicle unloading/loading pass will accompany your space permit. Only vehicles displaying this permit will be permitted in unloading/loading areas. Vehicles in these areas must comply with single-lane parking during the unloading/loading. An emergency lane will remain open at all times.

Judging of Crafts/Booths

The Fall Foliage Festival Committee will grade crafts and displays during the festival. :
Please make your area as attractive and professional as possible. Please conceal items such as soda cans, styrofoam cups, ice chests, cardboard boxes, modern equipment, etc.
If your merchandise and/or display does not meet the criteria outlined above, you may not be invited to return.

Rules and Regulations

  1. All crafts in booth must be handmade by exhibitor. No kits or manufactured items permitted.
  2. No discount sign allowed, no seconds.
  3. The exhibitor's booth must be open and staffed during all show hours.
  4. No exhibitor may dismantle their booth before closing time.
  5. Exhibitors must not interfere with adjacent booths in any way.
  6. No exhibitor may sell their assigned space to another craftsperson or share their booth with any non-applicant.
  7. No changing or swapping of assigned spaces.
  8. Setup: Exhibitors may drive up to unload. You must unload your goods and drop them into your space as quickly as possible, and remove your vehicle from the exhibit area to the exhibitor parking area before setting up. This will be strictly enforced.
  9. Breakdown: Booths must be dismantled and ready to load before vehicles are brought into the exhibit area.
  10. Exhibitors are responsible for their own trash removal. Please leave the area as clean as you found it.
  11. Insurance, if desired, must be obtained at the exhibitor's own expense.
  12. Failure to notify F.F.F.C. in advance of any cancellation, as well as failure to comply with all show rules, will affect future participation.
  13. A $20.00 fee will be accessed for all returned checks.
  14. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting 6% PA sales tax on items sold and are required to have a tax number.
  15. The Fall Foliage Festival Committee reserves the right to relocate or dismiss any participant or selling activity.
