Crafts and DemonstrationsBrowse and shop in over 400 craft booths lining the streets and the square in Bedford and in Fort Bedford Park. Artisans display an array of handcrafted work - pottery, woodworking, painted sweatshirts, dolls, baskets, dried flower arrangements, and wreaths.

Free festival musical entertainment is offered all four days of the festival. Music and magic on two stages. The Gazebo stage is across from the courthouse and there's a stage down by the river in Fort Bedford Park.

Antique Cars Step down memory lane as you see over a hundred vintage cars as they parade through the charming streets of Bedford. The Antique Car Parade starts at 2pm on Saturday, October 11, 2008. For those of you who wish to obtain info about entering a car and getting an application, click here.
Fine Arts Visit the historic Anderson House on Pitt Street to view the indoor juried fine arts exhibition. This competitive gallery show features works by regional artists, sculptors and photographers. Presented by the Bedford County Arts Council, the display is held in the Bedford County Arts Center on the first floor.
Kids ActivitiesMiddle Earth Studios" will return this year ... a favorite of kids. The kids don't just watch the play, they are the play.
Festival Foods

Festival favorites will all be here, including candied apples, apple cider, barbequed chicken and beef, hot sausage sandwiches, french fries, popcorn, hand dipped ice cream, apple dumplings, funnel cakes, homemade pies and candies ... all kinds of tasty treats.

Quilt ShowHundreds of traditionally inspired, contemporary and antique quilts are shown in this competitive showcase. The area's finest needleworkers display their craftsmanship and artistry in this annual exhibition presented by the Pioneer Historical Society. Whether you're looking for that one-of-a-kind quilt for your bedroom, a decorative wall hanging, or for inspiration for your own creative work, this is a "must see" part of the festival. Held at the Bedford High School. Donation of $2.
Fort Bedford Park Additional food and craft booths will be set up there. Special craft demonstrations are also scheduled here in the park area.

Parking at the Bedford County Fairgrounds (Business Rt. 30) and
