This ride can be a moderately difficult 17.3 mile loop with a few hard climbs or an easy out and back 12.2 miles on flat land. Either way you get to see 4 covered bridges and some beautiful scenery. To start the long ride take Rt. 220 north out of Bedford to Rt. 56 to Johnstown, at 4 miles you will come to Old town Rd. with the Fishertown country store on your left. This will be your start and end point. If you are looking to do the easy out and back you will continue on 56 another 2 miles or so to Dunnings creek on your left and Ridge Market on the right. This ride is on quite flat roads.
